I was introduced to the concept of Pinsa at Bbuona, and I didn’t even know it existed! The food was absolutely delicious, with incredibly fresh and flavorful ingredients. The burrata was creamy and rich, and the salame pinsa was outstanding—spicy and packed with flavor. The cannolo was truly exceptional, one of the best I’ve ever had. There’s a limited but good selection of Italian wines, which complemented the meal nicely. While the service took a bit longer than expected and the restroom wasn’t very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oxford. Locals are lucky to have such a gem at their doorstep!

Perhaps some of the best pizzas I’ve had! The porcini mushrooms pizza is the absolute best and mushrooms pizzas will never be the same. The garlic oil and chilli oil are the best addition to the pizza and just help to mix things up a little bit. It’s a must visit whenever I’m down in Oxford!

Delicious gluten free pizza! This has to be one of the best gluten free pizzas I've had in the UK. The dough/ pizza base is so soft and flavourful. The texture was amazing! I loved my vegetarian pizza, generously topped with olives, onions, peppers, and tomato. 10/10 recommend if you are gluten free! Just be aware that they charge an additional fee for a gluten free base.

Tried the vegan option “Ortonata” pinsa Overall it’s outstanding. In terms of the texture, the crust is crispy and soft inside. The tomato sauce isn’t overpowered with a bit tangy taste. The roasted veg fillings taste fresh with generous portion. Highly recommended if you’d like to opt for a lighter alternative.

So cool to try something different in the ‘Pinsa’. Amazing toppings on a super soft dough and it really has proved to be easier to digest Staff were lovely, told us about the dough and shared their passion with us. Couldn’t recommend more!
